Refund & Reship Policy

At Ascend Biologics, we are committed to providing high-quality research compounds and a reliable customer experience.

Due to the nature of research products, all sales are final and the following policy applies to every purchase made through our website.

No Returns

All sales are final. For safety and quality assurance reasons, Ascend Biologics does not accept returns on any products.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once the issue is verified, we will reship the damaged items at no additional cost.

Lost Or Missing Packages

If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in locating the shipment with the carrier.

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, Ascend Biologics will reship the order.

Please note that we are not responsible for packages marked delivered by the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement shipment.
